Among the tools available through the Arizona Community Foundation are two loan funds; the Community Impact Fund and the Affordable Housing Pre-Development Fund. In each case, these loans are available to nonprofits and must serve a charitable purpose. The Mission of the ACF Community Impact Loan Fund and the Affordable Housing Pre-Development Fund is to sustain and scale high performing community-based initiatives and innovation.
