Sequoia has combined her love for mental wellness with her passion for leadership to create The Brilliant Lead LLC, a consultation and coaching business that transforms non-profit professionals into leaders who use their powers of influence for good.

Angelica Hernandez-Williams is a nonprofit leader and network marketer who partners with nonprofits across rural Arizona to build their capacity and connect them to needed services. She is currently serving as the Director of Rural Programs for The Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits. In her role, she helps provide educational opportunities for nonprofits to achieve their mission in rural Arizona. Angelica is a Certified Business Services Consultant and holds a Nonprofit Management Certificate. She has a Bachelors in Communications from Northern Arizona University and a Masters in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University.
Sequoia Owen is the Founder & Chief Consultant of The Brilliant Lead LLC, a consulting and coaching firm dedicated to helping leaders practice wellness and build positive, thriving workplaces. She is passionate about teaching leaders how to unlearn toxic habits and use their power of influence for good. Sequoia holds a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and has served as a nonprofit professional for over a decade in various leadership roles including work at a national nonprofit to provide executive coaching across the country.
