In this AZUL meeting, Frank is going to facilitate an honest conversation about what is holding us back from advancing our careers. Whether we desire to serve in a leadership position on a Board or become the next CEO, Frank is going to help us fight that fear that is stopping us from taking the lead.

Angelica Hernandez-Williams is a nonprofit leader and network marketer who partners with nonprofits across rural Arizona to build their capacity and connect them to needed services. She is currently serving as the Director of Rural Programs for The Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits. In her role, she helps provide educational opportunities for nonprofits to achieve their mission in rural Arizona. Angelica is a Certified Business Services Consultant and holds a Nonprofit Management Certificate. She has a Bachelors in Communications from Northern Arizona University and a Masters in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University.
A results-oriented, innovative leader who researches, analyzes, develops, implements, facilitates, and evaluates new and existing systems and programs, delivering high quality systems and programming. Possesses practical knowledge in post-secondary education and nonprofit organizational development practices. Applies highly effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with multiple partners within and outside the organization.
