Scalable and Streamlined HR and Talent Management Strategies for Nonprofits

Join fellow C-suite nonprofit executives for this exclusive discussion.

We are living in unpredictable times, and employers continue to navigate through the unknown. Many are grappling with focusing on strong business outcomes while balancing the needs and expectations of their employees. While there are many nuggets of advice out there, in the end, you have to do what’s right for your unique organization.

Join our virtual roundtable to hear new ideas on how to keep your people at the center of everything you do. Pay isn’t everything – learn about the many other ways you can invest in your employees and how that investment could directly impact the growth of your business.
Organizations that treat their employees better, perform better. For the first time, many of us aren’t bound by state lines or geography to find top talent. Today, we can truly locate the best talent, regardless of where they live. Don’t miss this opportunity to start thinking differently about how you can shape your employee experience.

 Attendees will learn about:

  • Learn about trends impacting the future of work
  • How to navigate hiring and retention strategies
  • What are the effects of compensation and benefits
  • Connecting strategies with your mission and vision
