Gregory Hebert is the President of Kelsey Thomas Consulting, a leading grant writing and midsize business consulting firm in the US, serving clients across various industries and sectors, both nationally and internationally. With over 13 years of experience in this role, Gregory has a strong background in legal, contracts management, management consulting, operations, and grant writing, as well as a JD from Pepperdine University and a BA in Business Administration from Marquette University.

Gregory's mission is to provide high-level, affordable, and customized services to small, medium, and large businesses and non-profits, helping them secure funding, grow, and innovate. He has successfully secured investors, grants, contracts, and social media exposure for his clients, many of whom are women-owned and/or veteran-owned companies. He also supports economic development efforts by states and cities, and mentors aspiring entrepreneurs at various organizations. Additionally, Gregory is the President and co-founder of AGBT Solutions, a company that offers solutions for business technology and growth. He is also a former Adjunct Professor of Political Science at Arizona State University, and a former Contracts Vice President and Senior Manager at Honeywell International and Deloitte, respectively.
