Relationships play an essential role in the success of any organization and this role is even more essential in nonprofits. Whether it is relationships within your organization, external partners, donors, clients, or volunteers, success is dependent on the support from others. How can we, as nonprofit professionals, ensure that our circles of relationships are ones that are beneficial to us and our organizations?
